  1. 10 most dangerous melee weapons you're glad are illegal.

Did I make them illegal? Did other law abiding citizens make them illegal? People like you didn't do us a God damn favor. You actually hurt law abiding citizens who just so happened to have these weapons.

  2. Most of these are illegal less because they are deadly (nunchaku in particular are about as lethal as a staff or walking stick; ie, not at alll) they are banned because too many people were getting checked into emergency rooms after treating them like toys and hurting themselves as a result.
Also, those stupid gauntlet claws are only illegal because of the length of the blades; those are an absolutely impractical weapon with practically zero historical presence and exist exclusively as wall hangers for people who like the fantasy aesthetic.

  3. The cyclone dagger in the Netherlands is allowed to own and in self defense in peace time you are allowed to use it (well, the wound may still means that you can be charged with a lesser crime if you use it). In war time it is different. Since WW1 cyclone daggers and bajonets are banned because of the wounds they make. You can be procecuted as a war criminal when you use it in defense as well as offense. They look nice, just never ever use them on a person. Horrible deadly wounds.

  4. Here in Singapore knuckle dusters are illegal but trench knives due to historical purposes are not illegal and also switch blades are not the same a balisongs, plus balisongs are illegal because people hurt themselves with it.

  5. This video is so full of misinformation. Butterfly knives are if anything less dangerous than a regular folding knife and you'd be better off with a club than nunchucks. A lot of these are "banned" in some locations cause legislators are as dumb as the guy making these videos. The bans are often arbitrary bullshit. Also like many, they mix up the nomenclature of tazer vs stun gun; a Tazer is a brand for one but that brand makes the projectile version that shoots the prongs that hook in and shock someone a stun gun is the hand held zappy one. Fucking morons made this video.

  6. You know what's perfectly legal and more deadly than pretty much all of these? An axe … 🪓 Laws are stupid … All of these do exist in real life, and people have them and carry them. But real gangsters carry guns in every country whether it's illegal or not.

Also, you called #1 the "jagged commando"? 🤦‍♂️ It's German, and it's pronounced "Yahgdt" … a little tricky to pronounce perfectly, but if you just say "Yag" any German will know what you meant. German speakers will laugh at you for saying "jagged" tho. The word jagd means "hunt". The knife was developed by the Swiss for special forces usage, but it's a great defensive weapon, especially in a situation where someone small like a woman is being attacked by a large man.

  7. I'm not glad that anything is illegal. Laws represent and preserve the power of state and the fact that we don't govern ourselves our have any say in our own lives.

  8. These should be legal everywhere, no logical reason other than intimidation makes these illegal, and that’s not even logical. Sure you can hurt yourself, but that’s your own fault, learn how to properly use the darn thing for gosh’s sake
